The privacy of your data is very important to us. We will only access your data to provide the services we have been hired to perform, to fix a bug, or because you ask us to.
Identity & access
When you or your clients use coachOS, we ask for each person’s name and email address, and a mobile phone number for anyone who will receive text messages. Coaches and their teams sign in with a password, which we store only as a one-way hash we cannot read. Clients sign in with a link or a one-time code that we send to them.
Additional information and how we use it
While using coachOS, information about participation will be collected; however, no more information will be collected than what is reasonably necessary to provide the service. We use identity and participation information to provide services, to personalize and improve experiences, and for correspondence. We will never sell personal information to third parties, and we will not use names or likenesses in marketing statements without permission.
Children’s ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION
In the event children under the age of 18 participate, we collect the same information for them; however, this only occurs after permission has been given by a parent or guardian. Please review our Terms of Service for more information. Parents or guardians may review the personal information collected from their children under the age of 18 by sending a request to assistant@dulead.com and having their identity verified. Any inquiries from parents or guardians can be sent to us at:

The only times we will share information
1) To provide products or services. 2) To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our agreements, or as otherwise required by law. 3) If Dulead LLC is acquired by or merged with another company, we will follow our policy to announce significant changes.
Processors
As part of the services we provide, and only to the extent necessary, we may use certain third party processors to process some or all personal information. These include Stripe, which processes payments (we never see or store full card numbers), and the AI model providers that power coachOS’s AI features, including the agents in your client folders. They receive only what is needed to answer each request.
Law enforcement
We will not provide any data to law enforcement unless a court order says we have to. We will reject requests from local and federal law enforcement if they seek data without a court order. And unless we’re legally prevented from it, we will inform the people for whom such requests are made.
Security & Encryption
We establish and maintain reasonable procedures to protect confidentiality, security, and personal information. All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser. Our database, its backups and uploaded files are stored with providers that encrypt them at rest.
Changes
This policy may be updated occasionally. We will announce significant changes via email or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
